William can come twist balloons at public events. The pricing of a public event reflects the increased amount of balloons used and preparation work. Depending on designs, around 20-25 balloons can be made per hour by William & his mum

The price is $90 per hour.
Available for events in Eastern Suburbs & Central Wellington, New Zealand. Available in the wider Wellington area but a modest travel charge may apply for other suburbs / the Hutt Valley.
